3- Do not forget to add garlic to your salad and your senses, in order to prevent colds, but when you have symptoms of a common cold, you only have to swallow a garlic clove every 4 hours, such as a pill.

More spices in your food, such as cinnamon, ginger, ground coriander, and turmeric.

5- Show yourself and your home daily for fresh air, and walk even a quarter of an hour.


7- Use prayer and supplication to alleviate even a little the psychological burden that contributes to the occurrence of many diseases.

8- Finally, avoid shaking hands and kissing patients.
